If you haven’t been blessed with full, thick hair that grows into long locks, you may have opted for hair extensions or a weave. But could this practice be harming your scalp and hair even more? Hair loss related to extension isn’t because of the actual extensions. Called traction alopecia, this hair loss is caused primarily by a pulling force being applied to hair.
